1.What are the advantages of CELL BLOCK ?
(1)Consistent Slide Reproducibility for Easy Subsequent Testing:Unlocking the power of exceptional slide reproducibility, our technology seamlessly integrates with immunohistochemical staining (IHC), revealing tumor cells within paraffin-embedded sections with unparalleled clarity. This precision enables meticu- lous histological typing, empowering clinicians with invaluable insights for decisive treatment strategies.
(2)Suitable for Molecular Pathology Applications:Tailored for the demands of molecular pathology testing, our solution, including Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), meets the rising clinical needs for comprehensive tumor suscep- tibility gene analysis, early diagnosis, personalized drug selec- tion, and precise tumor prognosis assessment. Empower your practice with advanced technology that delivers actionable insights for superior patient care.
(3)Harnessing the Distinct Advantages of Cytological Samples:Cytological samples present a revolutionary approach with minimally invasive or non-invasive sampling methods, alleviating patient burden, especially in challenging clinical scenarios, such as obtaining tissue samples through biopsies or surgeries from advanced-stage cancer patients. With fresh samples offering a real-time snapshot of cellular composition and characteristics, our solution provides unparalleled insights, paving the way for precision medicine tailored to each patient's unique needs.
(4)Long-term Preservation at Room Temperature:Our solution meets the stringent requirements of pathology department audits, ensuring secure storage and easy access to samples for future reference or review. Moreover, it caters to the comprehensive demands of scientific research and educational activities through facili- tating sample retention over extended periods, empowering continu- ous analysis and enriching teaching endeavors.
Greener Dewaxing Agent
Intended Use
The Greener Dewaxing Agent is a colorless, odorless, and low-volatility surfactant aqueous solution developed specifical- ly for processing tissue pathology paraffin section samples. It primarily employs the principles of increased solubility through heating and similar miscibility. Under heating conditions, the Greener Dewaxing Agent can dissolve the paraffin in the tissue, effectively facilitating dewaxing, and enabling conven- tional staining/immunohistochemical dyes to permeate tissues and cells easily. The quality of dewaxing directly affects the staining outcome of paraffin sections.
* Tissue sections routinely fixed in formalin and embedded in paraffin wax.
Fully Automatic Slide Stainer & Coverslipper
1.Flexible and Efficient:Experience fully automatic and continuous Slide Staining and Cover- slipping. Add new sam- ples seamlessly at any point during the process. Complete the entire procedure within approximately 40 minutes, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow.
2.Space Saving:Small in size and adaptable to various sites and environments.
3.Staining and Coverslipping:By integrating staining and coverslipping into one device, you can save time and effort.
4.Environmental Protection Safety: *It can provide a safer working environment
for operators without generating harmful gases or waste liquids *Only when used with Greener Dewaxing
Agent of Gene Science
5.Non-volatile Memory:It allows users to choose whether to continue with the interrupted staining process or start over after power is restored.
EcoFIX
What is EcoFIX ?
EcoFIX is a water-soluble concentrate that does not contain formalin. The patented formula, when diluted with ethanol, has low toxicity. It overcomes the significant drawbacks of previous fixatives like pure alcohol or ethanol-based fixatives, such as tissue wrinkling, cell vacuolation, and nuclear shrinkage.
EcoFIXcane ectivelypreservetissueantigens, maintaingoodnuclear and cytoplasmic morphology, and protect cell membrane integrity, thus reducing hemolysis. The ethanol concentration in EcoFIX working solution is approximately 70%, which not only maintains good histological morphology but also allows for ideal DNA/RNA and protein repair, crucial for downstream molecular biology analyses.
The Optimal Choice for Achieving Ideal Clarity in Cytological Morphology. The Path to Successful Molecular Biology Research.
Sample Preservation Solution
Intended Use
It is intended for the collection, inactivation, preservation/stabilization, and transport of unprocessed upper respiratory clinical specimens from individuals suspected of influenza A infection by their healthcare provider. Specimens collected with the Sample Preservation Solution can be stored and transported at 4 oC or at room temperature (20-25oC) for preservation of microbial nucleic acid until the sample is processed and used with compatible molecular diagnostic assays.
Mechanism of Preservation Solutions
Key components such as the Tris-HCl buffer stem, guanidinium isothiocyanate, and surfactants work synergistically to inactivate viruses (or pathogens) and nucleic acid degrading enzymes, thus stabilizing the nucleic acids to be detected within the sample. Moreover, increasing the sample concentration enhances the quality assurance of nucleic acid detection, guaranteeing reliable results.
Specimen Collection, Transport and Storage Procedure
Label the transport tube with patient and sample identification details, including the date of collection, as per protocol. Dispatch the specimen to the testing laboratory promptly. Sample Preservation Solution tubes can effectively preserve swab samples for up to 6 days when stored at temperatures between 4-25°C.
